The Johannesburg International Motor Show has announced that its tenth staging will again be one of the top ten automotive exhibitions globally.
"Preparations for the show are well underway to ensure a spectacularly successful event" said Nico Vermeulen, Director of NAAMSA (National Association of Automobile Manufacturers of South Africa). "We have introduced a number of new initiatives to refresh the show and ensure that the tenth edition remains one of the world's leading motor shows". These initiatives are intended to enhance the value proposition for exhibitors as well as the experience of visitors to the Show.
Highlights of this year's event include: "celebrating the car as an art form with The Galleria hall as a showcase; and the Theatre of Dreams - a jam-packed programme of events covering new models launched at the show as well as a show reel of notable motoring advertisements.
Tickets go on sale in April from the 2015 Rand Show or as well as through Computicket outlets worldwide.
The Johannesburg International Motor Show takes place at the Johannesburg Expo Centre, Nasrec from Friday 16 - Sunday 25 October 2015 and is the only motor show on the African Continent to be accredited by OICA (Organisation Internationale des Constructeurs d'Automobiles).
