Cubbi expands with dealer exclusive online auction platform
Cubbi is shaking up the dealer landscape with their online auction platform built exclusively for dealers. They are known for redefining the way ordinary South Africans buy and sell pre-owned vehicles, and their next goal is to help dealers safely and securely purchase a wide variety of vehicles while they are on the move.
The Cubbi Auction platform offers vehicles purchased from the public to dealers before they go on sale to the open market, creating more opportunities for dealers to access a wider pool of quality stock of all ages and mileages. “We want to change that dynamic and help the industry tap into our vast national buying network of pre-loved cars to support South Africa’s need for quality pre-owned vehicles,” explains Preeban Munian, CEO at Cubbi.

Whilst Cubbi strongly encourages their dealers to inspect and test drive the vehicles themselves, they know this is not always possible. For this reason, their dedicated dealer support team is available to test drive and supply a comprehensive video evaluation upon request. This bolsters their commitment to full transparency for added security as it clearly identifies any issues potential buyers should note.
The auction is once a week on Tuesday between 12-2 pm. Dealers simply register on the dealer website and submit the relevant documentation to activate an account. Dealers are typically verified within 24 hours via this quick and easy process. In addition, dealers can also make use of the “Make-an-Offer” function online outside the online auction day. “Dealers can purchase vehicles from across the country, working with our friendly and efficient team of industry professionals to ensure a fast, efficient and easy buying experience.
