Stellantis hosted an experiential driver training day for an exclusive Jeep® and Alfa Romeo Woman’s Day event
Adventure and performance dominated the experience of women customers who conquered an experiential driving day with the Alfa Romeo and Jeep® brands. The varied levels of experience across the contingent were tamed during the day over a specialised Jeep 4x4 track with an advanced cross-axle that challenged even the experienced Jeep ladies in their Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Gladiator cars. Now they know about true Jeep superiority when disconnecting the Sway Bar and engaging the front and rear diff locks.
Guests were invited to the complementary day courtesy of their interest and passion displayed during dealerships visits. The group were either existing Alfa Romeo or Jeep customers; or those intrigued by the lifestyles these two brands open up and who are fast becoming converts. The ADA Adventure Centre near Hartbeespoort Dam has a gravel skidpan where participants had the opportunity to enjoy the dynamics of the Alfa Romeo Stelvio. Then the team experienced the energy revolution in the Alfa Romeo Tonale on the open road.
Hosted by female instructors, the group was left energised and enthused by their newly acquired skills. Not to mention flattered by the exceptional capability of their Alfa Romeo and Jeep vehicles. The ladies got to experience the incredible offroad capability of the Jeep Grand Cherokee thanks to its air suspension, rock/sand and low range functions. Off-roading is such a captivating and adrenaline rush inducing experience and these capabilities open up amazing South African holiday destinations and adventures otherwise not accessible.
The Alfa Romeo and Jeep brand Woman’s Day celebration is set to become an annual event on the Stellantis calendar, such was the success and response from the inaugural event. New brand ambassadors are created with moments like these – opening access to these amazing brands and their capabilities. But the crowning success must surely have been the confidence instilled in these adventurers.
