TurboDirect S.A.’s new Continental Turbo’sinnovate with their first to add a water cooled, full Aluminium exhaust manifold/turbine housing.

Assembly on the turbo occurs in one plane, which shortens the manufacturing time by up to 50% and fixture costs by a massive margin. Continental Turbos are OE Turbo brand for the new Golf MK8 turbos, BMW 1.5 3Cyl, and Fords Eco boost 1.0T and 1.5T applications. The original equipment parts also contribute to engine output.

These models all use Continental's sophisticated RAAX turbine technology, which improves engine response and reduces emissions by increasing efficiency.
